| Advertisers Terms and Conditions Please read all Terms & Conditions before purchasing your pixels for your logo. The main objective of this website is to create a place to find quality retail stores or services of interest to people and see images where one can read or hear your site name or message. The design of this site hopefully will make it easier for handicapped and all people to find a stores products and services quickly and easily. A portion of our proceeds will go towards advertising this site.
After purchasing your pixels you (paid advertiser) are deemed to have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions. Only retail stores and services will be considered and accepted at this time and we shall decide if your store/site meets our site theme. We reserve the right to limit the number of stores with like merchandise or to deny any website link or store that is not retail. No Offensive, Obscene, Violence, Bigotry or Adult (Pornography) images or links will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any of the above type sites and also charge a 10% restock space fee for tying up the space and use of our time. If you are unsure whether your site is acceptable, please feel free to contact us before you buy your pixels at Info@ShopMillionPixels.com If your purchase of pixel blocks are not approved then it breaks our terms of service. Please note: we are not selling you any claim or rights to any ownership of our site www.ShopMillionPixels.com or company. By buying Pixels / Blocks on this site you will not own any part of this site or any page space and are only granted the right to submit an appropriate image and link that will then be published to the space for which you have paid. No subleasing of the space is allowed or re-selling of the space. Your link must be to a web page only beginning with http:// and you must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you are submitting. If you submit an image or link that was accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show any offensive, obscene, violence, bigotry or adult pornography materials you will be given one opportunity to correct this immediately. If not corrected, your image and link will be removed, your space will be forfeited without refund. We reserve the right to move or reject your Pixels so that 16 ads will fit vertically and 10 horizontally across on each pixel grid. If you want your logo in a certain place please do the math and stay within the one shaded 30 block area.

Block(100pixels) X 30 Blocks = You must only purchase 30 blocks together in total (must be 3 blocks vertical X 10 blocks horizontal) and must stay in the same one shaded color block area. (either light grey, medium grey or dark grey). Place only one image sized exactly(30Pixels by 100Pixels) to fit in that total space in GIF or JPEG format in a reasonable file size. To accomplish this you will click on your top left box of your 30 blocks to get this sized area. Only one image will be allowed in 30 blocks of pixels. No animated images will be accepted. If you are having difficulties sizing your logo to specifications, email us at Info@ShopMillionPixels.com and we will be more than happy to resize your logo. Purchasing less than 30 blocks together stated above will not be accepted and a 10% restock fee will be imposed for tying up the space and use of our time. Example - 10 Pixels X 10 Pixels = 100 Pixels or 1 Block. Block prices are below for each area of the two Grid pages and top, middle and bottom sections. The cost of each Pixel ranges from $0.19 down to $0.02 depending on the grid page and section area one chooses. Your daily cost for advertising will range from $0.163 to $1.557 depending on the grid page and section area you choose.
Purchases must be 30 blocks together as stated above. Less blocks will not be accepted. (Example: $2. grid area x 30 Blocks = $60. for 366 days of advertising) Please make sure when ordering pixels from the Pixels Inventory list that you choose your correct grid page (Mall 1 or Mall 2) and section (top, middle or bottom) that you want your logo on. We reserve the right to change pixel pricing at any time and no refunds or adjustments will be given to existing pixel customers. Once you have paid for your pixels any price increases or decreases will not apply to you for the 366 day term. Once your image and link have been accepted and published on a page you cannot get a refund for any reason. You cannot change your image or link except for a legal reason once you have submitted them so please be sure to check them carefully before submitting them. The 'pixel clock' starts ticking from the time when the pixels are approved and published. Each customer will get their own period (start date and end date), depending on how many days were specified on the order. (The time is specified in days) Your image will be online for 366 days and on rare occasion might be down for site maintenance which we will try to keep as short time as possible. No credits or refund will be given for any site downtime. During your 366 day term if you decide you want your image and link removed for what ever reason, we will do this but you will not get any refund and the space will be publicly available again with no monies due you. You may provide alt/title text that appears when the mouse hovers over your image. This text must be 60 characters or less so it does not block the visitors viewing of other images. When you purchase pixels or are waiting for an order to be completed it may take a minute or two to complete so please be patient. Privacy Policy: ShopMillionPixels.com will only use your name, address, phone number, email address, and billing information for the purpose of setting up your account and for email communication between us. We will not disclose provided information to any third party nor sell any of your information. We do have to cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required by law if this becomes applicable. Your account information is password protected. You are the only one with access to your personal account information. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their user name registration and password. Please do not disclose your password to anyone.
